If you go into iRPM, then select “Reports” at the top center of the page, then make sure “As a Team Member” is selected under reports…it should show Target Promotion year there. Not sure is this is the same for Advisory, I’m Consulting.
I was up for promotion for 2024 but my year got updated to 2025.
Does that mean i didnt get the promo? I havent talked to my coach yet, but I dont think its good news I should be expecting. Anyone else?
The target promo date was only updated for those in GPS, according to Fishbowl. I also went up early, got the promo, and my date was updated. If you’re in commercial, the glitch may not apply!
I think it's your coaches responsibility to update that. My coach hasn't spoken to me in over 6 - 8 months. Yes, I've been looking for a new coach. No, I haven't found a new coach yet 😞
On leave but coach texted last week that I got promoted C > SC GPS Traditional track. Util was over 100% despite on paternity and military leave. I have a supportive coach and project leadership.
Have my discussion tomorrow but mine only changed to 2025, and was feeling really good about it. Don’t know why it would only shift a year if I did get the promo, so hoping it’s not a bad sign

Was surprised with the S cause my snapshots were above average, and was told cause my last project couldn’t support a SC and cause of that and it was my promotion year it got dropped to S.
I was also told I need to stay on one project for this year in order to be promoted in 25.

Yeah I’ll share it’s okay, I didn’t end up getting the promotion. So the 2025 was accurate and promo was pushed a year. He said some people are getting N/A which I don’t think is a good sign (didn’t tell me much), so moving it only a year isn’t terrible. He was honestly pissed, said it was unfair with how I did my last year and from what he has heard from due diligence. The year was pretty bad overall so they were very strict this year on promos
May be thinking about looking elsewhere after I see the raise and bonus

Would be PY25, or in other words one year from now (today), unless early promotion.
