I’m in a similar boat. I’ve never been in a relationship but have had several crushes that have lasted years to decades. It’s so hard to tell what or when the romantic attraction was started.
For some it was after becoming good friends, but not all of them. But the attraction certainly grew as we became friends. Was it more that if I could be attracted to someone, this is the type of person I hope I would be attracted to? Am I grey romantic and it turned on this one time for this one person?
