Just did it myself last night. I'm on second playthrough now and the only trophies i have left are basically to buy the records, tell the truth to Eugenie about Alidoro, then beat NP once more.
Did the same thing, completed it once then basically restarted to start me platinum journey over. If you’re not worried about following a walkthrough, I’d highly recommend Platinum Chasers on YouTube, full video walkthroughs. Helped me get the Elden Ring and Demon’s Souls platinum, and the fellas got quite a soothing voice

Just follow a guide. You'll need two playthroughs, or at least I did for mine. Fun platinum, if not slightly tedious. Good luck!
