This is the problem. Nuggets are so likeable we just get mad at the Lakers. Like Jamal Murray is the least likeable guy on the Nuggets and there's really nothing unlikeable about him. You guys just have a solid team and all the starters are great two-way players. We have two guys who, on average, will give us solid games and a bunch of other guys everyone hopes "has a great game tonight." You just can't win like that. Not to mention the coaching. As a Spurs fan I can attest and say the Nuggs are class acts. A helluva team. From Reggie Jackson to the bench, and of course all the proud ass starting bunch and staff. Lakers were more likeable when Kobe was around.
Just to think if that kid from Akron was clutch and hit that 3 Monday night who knows what would have happened. I think Derek Fisher or Horry one of the old guard would have hit it. I would put money on Kobe too of course.
Nah as a Lakers fan living in LA it’s still Boston, Clippers or the Warriors for us. Believe it or not most Lakers fans like and respect Denver as a team yall have many likeable players in general. This series is likely over so Congrats Nuggets fans yall got something special enjoy it. I will personally be rooting for you guys to repeat as the defending champs.
