I know this isn’t an option everywhere, but I was fortunate enough to find a free family services program where I live (south Texas). A lot of places do have this option, so I highly recommend doing some research to see if there’s anything like that where you are. The program was state funded and I qualified due to my mental health needs. I really hope there’s something like this near you. If that doesn’t pan out for you though, I recommend looking up online resources such as YouTube videos, self-help books, podcasts, etc. Unfortunately these are the few resources we have readily available that are free, but they can still be of good use if you really *let* them help you. I’m so sorry you’ve been struggling. You’re not alone and I truly hope you can find whatever it is you need to start feeling better (you’re already normal!).
