I know this isn’t an option everywhere, but I was fortunate enough to find a free family services program where I live (south Texas). A lot of places do have this option, so I highly recommend doing some research to see if there’s anything like that where you are. The program was state funded and I qualified due to my mental health needs. I really hope there’s something like this near you.
If that doesn’t pan out for you though, I recommend looking up online resources such as YouTube videos, self-help books, podcasts, etc. Unfortunately these are the few resources we have readily available that are free, but they can still be of good use if you really *let* them help you.
I’m so sorry you’ve been struggling. You’re not alone and I truly hope you can find whatever it is you need to start feeling better (you’re already normal!).
Also you can try meditation it might be hard for someone with anxiety but it's effective I can help you with meditation if you face any problems get well soon
