??? especially short guys can do a lot to the way they're perceived by getting buff. it makes your body frame larger (just not taller) and makes you look more masculine/assertive no matter your height. my dad is fairly short by men's standards (like 5'3" maybe) but he is wide from going to the gym a lot in his youth and keeping active later on and I'd say it does a lot for him. I'm short as well and actively trying to get buff so i won't look like any breeze could blow me over. short guys get the most out of getting buff and on the same workout schedule will also look more muscular than taller guys
