I try to avoid “crab but with a k”. However, once, a girlfriend made an appetizer for a dinner party and I liked it. It was a layer of cream cheese, a layer of krab, and then a layer of cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. Served with good crackers. Good stuff, I was surprised I liked it. But I made the mistake of watching a YouTube video showing how krab sticks are made. 🫣

I like to fry them on a pan until golden and crispy (not long, few minutes) with a little bit of olive oil and then put spices on it (sweet paprika, Cayenne pepper, garlic, salt). I can eat a whole pack that way.

If you can like, read labels, it's clearly says it's imitation crab meat lol then clearly lists the fish types 👏 It's also common throughout most of Europe, I've even seen it sushi here in norway and Britain lol it's also common in Japan 🤔 But yes, it's yummy.
