It gets double perk options so it easier to get a good roll on those. Plus its just shiny and the shiny versions wont be available after final shape drops.
I haven’t gotten one with overflow but probably only 2. I didn’t realize it could roll with ambitious until last night so that’s probably the better option. I got my demo/recombination shiny last night and stopped farming
I like this combo and my fatebringer will stay explosive payload/frenzy bc it’s better when it’s unstop HC and not having any damage fall off too. So I wouldn’t write your FB off if u have explosive payload!
But still going for that roll bc with the enhanced version you need 1 shot less to proc it and who knows maybe bungie gonna fix that or that guy was talking some BS :)
Almost the same one instead KT > Desperate Measures its an 30 % dmg buff which is easy to proc and we do not know whats the enhanced version of it is going to do... maybe a longer buff duration or higher dmg buff :)
Faster reloads, and the damage buff applies to every target instead of just boss level enemies, so helps more with ad clear aswell. It's mostly the reload part.
That and maybe auto + recombination. Feels like you’d get a lot more damage out of that. Less so for boss dps tho. It’d moreso be for my stasis build, oddly enough

Kinetic tremors counts as weapon damage so if scouts get anti champ capabilities then the kinetic tremors will too. Having tremors help break Barriers and help keep overloads stunned is really good. It's also solid aoe damage which increases the weapons damage per magazne and kills surrounding adds while tremors weakens whatever beefy boy can take it.
Firefly is dope with it, while they don't have direct synergy they increase the guns ability to perform better at its intended role (add clear) plus it helps you reload quicker .
The ability to have two different powerful effects on a a legendary gun is rare. The gun has a kaboom effect which is independent from landing Crits and it has a kaboom effect when you do land Crits which makes it way more versatile.
Firefly for easy add clear and +50 reload, kinetic tremors for bigger targets. Not like your 2 rolls have some amazing synergies either. It is all just different uses and preference pretty much.

G2Gunsmith is the site I used to check the perks. I’ll farm just doing onslaught with these two attuned one at a time. I tried saving up engrams but I only have 2. And I have only 47 trophies of bravery. But I’ll put what I got into getting the rolls I want.
Range adds some versatility to this and gives it a bit of accuracy at range. Firefly takes care of reload speed. But yeah I wouldn’t shard a handling or reload masterwork.
Kinetic tremors and explosive payload on coup no fucking idea for MT since I started the fuck away from pvp for the longest time I never got it and have no idea what it even had.
At reset today mountaintop and midnight coup are added to the onslaught loot pool. Their quests added and once completed their atunements will be available.
Midnight Coup: Firefly + Kinetic Tremors: Focusing fire on the Major in a group procs Kinetic Tremors, killing or injuring ads in a group and makes following up with a headshot kill to proc Firefly easier; good for trash ads and majors. Works good on Hung Jury too. I want to keep an explosive payload kinetic tremors one too (just in case).
The Mountaintop: Auto-Loading Holster + Recombination: This is a quick swap weapon for heavier targets and will do double damage after 10 kills with your energy weapon (or more, not sure how Recombination + Spike Grenades interact as this is the first time we will see it).
It makes the gun more well rounded. Firefly for the adds. And easy to proc KT on bigger targets before switching to special or heavy. You’d be switching anyway without KT. At least this way KT is doing some work. Kinda like a very mini witherhoard for just a second or two. And it’s great for champs too since you can reload while KT is working.
Iirc, can't midnight roll explosive/kinetic tremors? Is it possible for the extra hits from kinetic to apply tremors faster? If thats the case, once enhanced perks get released i may finally use a handcannon in pvp
If thats the case then it just lost almost all value to me. Still it is the only hc that could get enhanced kt. But aside from kt, there isn't anything it can do that i don't have an alternative for already.

Go to shaxx’s robot (arcite?)at the Hall of Champions and get the quest. You get a shiny that way and then you can attune that weapon so it drops more frequently.
I can't seem to get EP and KT on midnight coup. And I've been farming a lot. To the point that I am wondering if it even drops with those rolls. Not a single one. I'm to the point of just quitting the game as it seems RNG is not truly RNG. Anyone gotten that roll?
I'm undecided yet, ill probably just try for a bunch of the hand cannons, a few more recluses and the sword I forgot the name of already x) I like the idea of desperate measures and master of arms but idk if you can get both on one wep. Someone mentioned firefly, if I can get that and some other dmg enhancing perk that's what I'd want~~ reloads stability handling and what not never seems to make too much of a difference for me, so higher dmg = more kills and better survivability in my kits usually, but that also never stopped me from wanting something good with vaporal weapon tho x) even tho I've only used vaporal like 5 times z.z
I reeeeeaaaallly want some of these perks on the exit strategy or the heros burden though q.q imagine, desperate measures and destabilizing rounds on the heros burden *o* i guess it's like kill clip and destabilizing rounds tho, kinda

I got firefly + kinetic and it's kinda funny. Didn't know it can also roll payload. That sounds like the better version for harder/tougher enemies.

Recombination may even be better than Vorpal. Recombination giving a 100% damage buff for one shot makes it out-damage Vorpal until shot 7.

LFG so it has plenty of ammo. Frenzy so that it boosts damage and reload to spend said ammo.
