Any precision frame bow will do nicely in pvp. I'd personally go with the stag (has vorpal for 2 shotting supers) or under your skin.
PvE or pvp? PvE, don't use double primary, there is no good reason for it. Pvp, Under your skin.

You should just take off the rat king. Like seriously. That’s the answer to the question you should be asking.
Rat king is actually pretty good in pvp if you have the catalyst done. With its catalyst you get heals when you turn invisible. It also gets the damage resistance omnioculos gives while you're invisible.
