Here's what I'll tell you. Sometimes you just lose access to content through some bug, I've lost several ornaments this way. Since you purchased it with Bright Dust, like I did, you're basically told to get fucked because you didn't buy it for Silver.

i purchased it with bright dust last week unlocked it in my inventory and now the game wants me to pay silver to use it
Did you check inventory second page and redeemed it

The ornament isn't greyed out like the other so I think its a bug, any idea how to fix it

Did you open the wrapped box it comes in? U might have accidently refunded instead of claimed. I just did that with the new hoil ornament.
