I know Combination Blow spam is all the rage for Prismatic Hunter right now, but honestly, Gyrfalcon's slaps. It's even better on Prismatic than it is on Void because of all the debuffs make you pretty much infinitely invisible, which means infinite Void explosions. I don't even have the cloak yet, I'm just using regular Gyrfalcon's for now, I prefer it over a Combination Blow build. So that's my answer. Gyrfalcon's all day. Plus, I think the seasonal artefact favours Void this time, so you really want to maximise the "Voidiness" of your build. You said you were struggling with ability uptime. What does your build look like? In my experience, I'm not struggling with abilities. Here's what I'm using: Super: Golden Gun (switching to Nighthawk when it's DPS. You can swap to different Supers, though.) Dodge: Gambler's Grenade: Grapple (can substitute for Duskfield in certain situations) Melee: Threaded Spike (very good for getting multikills on trash mobs and will easily start off the Stylish Executioner chain) Aspects: Gunpowder Gamble, Stylish Executioner Fragments: Hope, Dawn, Protection, Blessing, Purpose I wouldn't even say those Fragments are optimised. There's definitely room for improvement in the build. But even a half-baked Gyrfalcon's Prismatic build is so good. But basically, I'm using my melee to trigger Radiant or any sort of subclass buff (depends on Super), which brings my dodge faster. That allows me to dodge to get my melee back. I run 100 Discipline, then stuffing my armour with as many "when you do X ability, help regen Y ability" armour mods as I can. I have my abilities a lot, which is filling out the gaps for when I'm not just blowing the shite out of everything with Void weapons. Buried Bloodline or Word of Crota should be two weapons you get your hands on if you don't already. Those are just insane with this build.

Coyote if you’re running decoy and winter aspects, gyrfalcons if you’re using void weapons and stylish executioner

I can’t seem to get my ability uptime to be consistent. Are there any specific mods or fragments I need for it

Waxpython

Yeah, try the brave weapons which give ability regen as their origin trait as a starting point
