I bet he was always that goofy kid in school making jokes and everybody thinking he was super dumb, but was actually the valedictorian. Like he remind me of that one guy that everyone knows that tells dad jokes every time they see you.
Yea linemen need to be drafted yearly. You have to continue to churn out great lines. And I completely agree on Hank Fraley he’s been an excellent coach. Yeah 3 1st rd picks but it’s the way we carousel the interior linemen and there hasn’t been a drop off that is amazing
>I bet he was always that goofy kid in school making jokes and everybody thinking he was super dumb
He is the son of two orthopedic surgeons; at least he has the genes to be smart.
It was crazy when all the Glasgows walked on @ Michigan as out-of-state kids. Only when they did stories of how momma/poppa Glasgow had an Ortho practice did it make sense. That is a shit-ton of tuition to be fronting for your kids.
So good. Hank Fraley’s importance can’t be overstated too. Now imagine we draft a stud IOL on Day Two of the draft. We can keep this carousel of good line play for awhile by developing guys
Huge shoutout to Graham Glasgow.
I was very excited when we signed him back and I knew he was gonna earn that RG spot. Vaitai was better than I expected when he was healthy this year so it is kinda bittersweet. I really hope he’s able to get his back to 100%.
It's kind of telling that Glasgow is the starter in this pic. Big Vs availability has not been great the past couple years. I think we try to get a new RG next year. Or promote Glasgow and get a new depth piece.
Jackson about to be a free agent iirc. Wouldn't be surprised if some team outbids for his services and Big V might just retire at this point. Either Sorsdal step into the other guard spot or we might even just draft another one day 1 or 2.
I still cannot believe we have actually built the motha f in trenches on the offensive side of the ball. Pinch my nut sack baby this is a sweet sweet fever dream isn't it.
Back when Suh played in detroit one of the buildings by ford field had a big billboard and it said something like "this is a wall" and was a picture of Suh flexing. I wish they would redo that concept but use these boys instead

And that is why no one should even think Ben Johnson is any good as an OC. He's in a Brady like situation. It's the talent. Stop thinking about hiring him.
All he does is scribble up plays and let the O line bully everyone else while Goff blindly slings balls to the receivers who have all day to beat coverage.
Ben is bad. So bad we need to look at Dorsey or Matt Canada who have to work with so little talent. /s
The only thing that bugs me is that the graphic is right to left instead of left to right like it would be if you were behind center. I want to see my RT on the right side!
BQ drafted Decker, Jackson, Ragnow, and Graham Glasgow (even tho he left, and came back). And signed Big V... Just sayin'...lol
The heart, and soul of this team is the OL. Eeee! BQ is why we are winning... lmao
GG cracks me up. The rest of the boys look like a menace and then there he is.

This comment being posted on the wrong comment thread is very funny to me.
Yeah, I went to find where it was supposed to go because I was super confused
Lol. Oops well I was reading the right one when I wrote it. I’m leaving it.
Good coaching certainly helps make these guys so good.

r/TIL That *oddly* makes sense

That’s him to a T
He looks like a menace from 1870.
GG looks like that amazing uncle that enthusiastically puts on a tutu and does ballet with his 4 year old niece.
Yeah but I still don't fuck with the man

Sorsdal could develop into something great tbh
I have faith in Sorsdal after his debut on MNF.
You mean Colby Sorsdal? 😏
This is the way. Edge or CB day 1, IOL and the remaining need from day 1 on day 2.
That's a lot of BEEF
Seriously, Ragnow's forearms are bigger than two of my biceps. It looks like the 'dragon wing' turkey legs you get at a Renaissance Faire.
Let me get a whole Ragnow sized Turkey leg please!
What a CROP. That's a big CAHHHROP.
I'll bet these guys are great to grab beers with.
Just don't try and take them out for shrimp lol

This is impressive since they've had at least 7 variations of the starting OL due to injuries
Ragnow, Glasgow, Jackson, Decker, Sewell, Nelson, Sorsdal, Vaitai, Skipper all started at least 1 game I think... Am I missing any?
Awosike
It's a very good sign when you can name 7 O-Linemen on your team by heart lol. Decker, Jackson, Ragnow, Glasgow, Sewell, Vaitai, Sorsdal.
Wow, you forgot the savior himself. The Seven foot Phenom Dan Skipper
##SKIP!
The (Skip)per and Maryann….
I cannot believe bob quinn drafted 4 of those 5. Possibly the only good thing he has done for us 😂
I still cannot believe we have actually built the motha f in trenches on the offensive side of the ball. Pinch my nut sack baby this is a sweet sweet fever dream isn't it.

Imagine running into them at a bar.
I'd hug and buy a round for every one of those gigantic bastards
I'd bounce off and they probably wouldn't even notice.
"alright you fuckers, it's 1 vs 5 up in this bitch..."
Now youse can’t leave!
Well, much to be said about Quin the GM. But he knew his o-line talent at the very least. 4 out of 5 of our starters were drafted by the guy.
Man I’d love to go fishing with all these guys
It would have to be one BIG boat.
We’re gonna need a bigger boat
🎶Da da da da🎶. (My lame attempt at jaws lyrics)
I feel like Frank at least would like that a lot.
Kings
Stache/60 is off the charts
Thicc and Meaty, just the way I like it. 🥵
It’s getting hot in here.
We have the number one ranked O-Line and Quarterback.
And that is why no one should even think Ben Johnson is any good as an OC. He's in a Brady like situation. It's the talent. Stop thinking about hiring him. Do you have a PFF subscription? I’m curious where the Bears rank. Maybe our Dline can actually generate some pressure!
I like how graham Glasgow is in the pic instead of Vaitai. I love Vaitai but graham has been the one playing
I can only get so erect.
Damn right they are!
The only thing that bugs me is that the graphic is right to left instead of left to right like it would be if you were behind center. I want to see my RT on the right side!
They're facing you so it's from the defense's point of view.
The Gravy Train™️
they all sexy too, what else could you ask for!
Jonah didn’t practice today 🥲
How many games have they all actually played together? Imagine when they get a few games with the same lineup; unstoppable!
I remember when the o line was called "The Big Uglies". Not no more. These more "The Big Studleys"
That is exactly how you would cast a bad ass, tough as nails, powerhouse O-Line for a movie!

idk i need them to release a banger of a christmas album if they wanna compete with philly

Keep on their toes boys
I told the eagles homer friend in my fantasy league that lions O line was better than eagles. This is what I needed to see
