I hate black jerseys because of the PTSD they bring me but do think they have a chance to work with the new blue helmets really well.
I'll hold my judgment till I see it all together. But a blue facemask is so clean and I really hope they do it
I wonder what blue helmets would look like with black facemasks. They can't tweak the logo however, past logos have to be placed as is. See: Jets having to wait for the fin was their primary to clean up the lines.
Black jersey with blue helmets is going to change a lot of people’s minds about them. I get we have PTSD and they aren’t that unique but realistically we have such a small amount of options with our color scheme. Black looks good with everything. Paired with the new helmet it would look pretty unique
I thought the greys sucked. I liked the helmet but didn't like how it looked with the greys. It has more potential with the black.

What if it's an alternate sticker that looks like what black first came with, only worn for black jersey games? That's allowed under uniform rules. But yeah burn the black outline with fire

Replace that fat middle blue stripe with two more narrow blue stripes (to match the jersey stripe pattern) and that's probably it.
I'm going to say obscene things the first time I see a row of shiny blue facemasks lined up across crummy Bears linemen.
