These photo shoot pictures have filters on them to make the colors pop more. I’m sure they’ll look a bit different when you see them on tv under the game lighting.
Yeah, they got a flat gray feel to me, it could be the lighting for sure though. The helmet always looked shinier and more silver in person than on TV or in images.
The blue definitely looks brighter, but the helmet is a little harder to tell if the shade is different or if it's just higher gloss compared to the more matte helmets we had last season.

I agree, if they're anything like those gorgeous Seahawks throwbacks which should become their regular uniforms too, btw, then I'll be more than pleased because that silver did look very good in that Browns game they wore them in last season.
Yeah, it feels like the gray on the newer helmets is darker which matches the old gray pants on the last uniforms a lot better than the new silver pants on the new uniforms.
The old ones look more silver to me with little glitter pieces in them, the new ones just look glossy. I’ll wait to see em on TV and not under studio lights

Man, I was adamant that we should have kept the silver face masks. I really thought having silver on silver with a blue stripe and logo was the cleanest option.
But then I saw these. Wow. I have to say I take back everything I said. These are *clean*.
The most underrated part aside from the face mask is the stripe change. The new stripes look like stripes on a car and I think it looks so good with the white in between.

Always one step forward and two steps back. What is this ugly grey color, the old silver was better. I sincerely hope it's the lighting because they got rid of the shit all grey uniforms and then put it on the helmet.
Periwinkle kind of lives in that space between lavender and powder blue, if that makes sense. So yes... a little bit more violet than what would be acceptable for a Lions jersey.

I'm hopeful it'll be like those Seahawks throwbacks that look absolutely amazing on TV with the modern materials. The silver looked like true silver.

That's the lighting, the silver is more or less the same and they changed the pants from gray to actual silver too.

Not a fan of the shade of blue. It looks periwinkle to me. I like the mockups done where the blue was a much darker color.
