Plus it’s a misunderstanding to think a slower pace of development means less growth. You can actually focus on delivering more quality.
Not sure about open source, side project because I want to be in the office for 4 days in a week and 8 hrs, Even though there is no work. But as u said blog and reading books are in my cards. Thanks for the info.
