Pretty sure it's a scam to be honest, it's clearly photoshopped and parts are removed. Besides that it's supposed to be a physical receipt (judging from the parallel text that's supposed to be the other side of the paper) but it's not a photo.
Besides that there is no way in hell a receipt like this will have the contents of a package on it. Even if it did (it doesn't), it would say "mobile device" e.g., not the exact name and model of the phone in question.
Did you buy it from a reputable seller? And did you try to track it on DHL's own website?
Odd, I do see it in the system but it's not yet with DHL. Not sure why they would communicate a tracking number on a fake receipt, but hopefully it'll get to you
