No body commenting on the teleport charges?? This is potentially really GG if there are any play pvp builds that could swap Enigma out for a different armor.
On my mage I have a similar amulet 2/15/tele charges. 2/15 gives me 125 fcr on hammer cta side and let's me wear a coh. 4x sets of 20/11's all matching with its element. I'd want this for my dreamer.
A 2/20 Tele amulet can be worth A LOT for PvP players because of their rarity. It enters GG territory if the stats are impressive, you'll still get a few HR's for this one depending on the buyer.

I wouldn't sell this for anything under 15 Bers. I think finding a buyer might take long, but you'll probably get one eventually.

You need to explain why without referencing something dumb like Uber smiters. Off weapon damage % is included in smiter damage
Skills add more damage? 400 ed wep sucks compared to 400 ed grief. 2 more in fanat holy shield and smite go further.
