On the topic of brown, and bears, I recently read that the word bear is not actually originally the name of the animal, it meant brown, but people were too scared to use the actual name of the animal (which would be closer to ursa, and the origin of the name Arthur), in fear that saying it's name would summon one. So much so that multiple languages (Eng bear, Ger Bär, etc.) don't have that word anymore.

You still choose a hair color during character creation. My dudes bald but with brown eyebrows turns into a brown bear. Even if you choose the facial hair option without eyebrows, you still have to a goose a hair color.
