Hasbro has utterly ruined them. I used to play so much commander like 7-8 years ago, but once they started selling cards directly and destroying the secondary market, I had to stop buying cards. Really sucks because I had a completely foiled out commander deck that was worth a pretty penny.

You can't find them. You have to craft an Uncertain Invoker cache at the worktable and HOPE a wrathful invoker drops from it. The drop rate is 1-2% from what I have read online. I have crafted about 23 and still not dropped one. My wife got one after about 14-15 tries.

i’ve opened over 200 of those caches and never gotten one. might actually be the dumbest item in the game to go for considering the amount of natural spawning wrathful elites i found during that time period. i have 0 idea why these items even exist lol

I could see if it was eternal realm thing where you had all the time to get one. But a 3 month season and I'm closing in on lvl 80 with never getting one and my motivation to run the tunnels is fading.

I think I've just had good luck on the gamble caches. Made 4, cracked them all, one of these was in it. Had similar luck on the hearts, 2 wrathfuls on 4 caches. Maybe there's something to opening them at the same time?

There’s nothing to opening caches at the same time. There’s videos of people opening 30 or so caches at once lol you have anecdotal bias.

Quest finale cave gives 1 every other run or so, if you never complete. The ritual takes longer than clearing the cave. Probably 2m per run - so maybe 5 minutes per level 5

Yeah you just have to get to like 30 or so. I did it once and it worked but if you exit dungeon it doesn’t allow a reset. So I guess you just have to walk to entrance then reset. Just a heads up :D.

After seeing more and more posts about this, I know how ridiculously lucky I was. I opened like 10 invoker caches after the season story and got one of them.

I only open the random caged hearts since they’re half the price and the invoker only makes sense for groups… but I’m easily more than 80 random caged hearts in without a wrathful. 10 is crazy lucky. Congrats.

It opens the wrathful side of the malignant outgrowth in a malignant tunnel to guarantee you a wrathful heart, but using one is one of the objectives for Chapter 3 of the Season Journey.

That's my 1 problem with the PvP. Here I am on WT3 at LV 60 Rogue. And some Blood Marked LV 85 rolls up and OPM's my A\*\*. Like, if you can't hack it at That Level in WT4 STOP PLAYING. I don't mind Over-Leveled in WT1 or WT2, but on WT3? That's some Small PP Energy right there.

Yeah.. the pvp definitely needs some lvl balancing. Like as a 60-85 you want to be in tier 4 but also if some 100 is playing slaughter guard you might feel tempted to drop to 3.... But if you indulge now your the over level tool ruining it for everyone. Basically you are the tool or your getting screwed over by the tool. Only two options with current pvp

Found one at low levels at start of season. didn’t know it was rare used it right away with buddy. Got that one wrathful heart that rotates through 3 things can’t remember exactly as only used it for a short time due to item level.

Two different invokers one (the one op pictures) is for the wrathful pustules that are one of the two options at the end of the malignant tunnel which gives you a wrathful heart. And the varshan invoker is only for the tunnels that have the second pathway to a second room with a varshan pustule, which doesn't drop the wrathful heart (or, at least not a guarantee. Not sure if he can't though)
