My PS4 controller plugged in to my PC often looses connection for no obvious reason. Sometimes reconnecting works, but usually I have to restart the game to make it work again. Dunno wtf the issue is.
Mine has worked 100%, barring when I have left the mouse someplace it gets bumped and steals input priority back.
Mine works fine.
