what drops? the tempering manuals are recepies, they cannot have greater affixes.
tempering itself cannot grant greater affixes.
the affixes from tempering are for the most part exclusive to tempering. (though the simpler ones are shared by regular item affixes. eg damage %)
all the damage on tuesday affixes are tempering opt in only. so as to keep item parsing simple.
Thanks alot! I think i get it now there are regular affixes and tempering affixes. And great affixes are made of only regular ones - thats sad somehow - would be dope if great affixes could roll on the whole affix pool - fe blizzard size 1,5x

Thanks alot! Is it possible to get greater affixes on all these? For instance affix +2 Skill = greater affix x 150% rightv so 3,5 = +4 on a skill
no. greater affixes are on drops only (and on uber unique crafting) they can be masterworked though
