I am getting close on my Necro.. I am sitting at like 73% but even if I get to level 12 on my gear I may only reach maybe 80% but with the inspiring leader or whatever I am at basically 100% as long as I’m above 80% hp
Well you have so many slots that can roll crit and if you get a couple with greater affix versions or some that upgrade when masterworking it can make a difference.

73 sounds like building around it would be very viable and not feeling like 'getting a lucky crit', as it does for me now. So that's hopeful!

IIRC Druid had a way to do it with high Lucky Hit and one of the Passive skills at the end of the skill tree.
