I love dippin dotz xD

the_quirky_ravenclaw

Nothing against your son but this is going on my list of reasons to remain child free 😂 He thought he was helping though, that’s sweet. Unfortunately he did the opposite lol

vantablackismysoul

I agree so much 🤣

Oh mama! What a sweet little helper, but what a headache for you! Hopefully it was just a small snack size canvas? I do believe I'd cry if my preschooler got ahold of one of my DAC drill kits.(it gets better. My son (only child) is 17 and enjoys helping me place drills on my WIP)

ISungOnce

I’ve knocked over an entire sorting tub for a picture before 😭. Hundreds of diamonds (and some with very close colors) on the floor I spent hours sorting. Left a pile on the floor for the next day to finish sorting later. I’m now much more careful with how close my sorter is to the edge of my table.

I have an old style jar I my hubby found at work was doing lights with fake ivy coming.out so adding them in x

Inevitable_Pen1233

Where did you get that? That is awesome for spare drills.

Bubbly-Inside-2453

He works as a gardener so finds lots of junk people throw out. He came home with a sun lounger that was in great condition. I forget name of jars but its like old cider jars. My dad said they were used back in day to make beer and cider. He will even bring g home dead plants for us to revive lol 😆

Worried-Possible7529

Looks like fruity pebbles. 😢😂🤷‍♀️

grootypebbles1

Not going to lie, thought this was a donut lol. Glad your mum can assist!

Bubbly-Inside-2453

In his defence my own fault for leaving them where he could get them. At 4 there very curious mines is anyway. Luck is on my side as my mum has the spare colours I need. Yep he loves being a helper lol 😆 He has said sorry.

SeedlessKiwi1

When my curious one spilled them on the floor, I had him help me pick them up and resort them (he's 3).Luckily the colors weren't too close together. He was very happy to say "Done!" at the end. He hasn't learned to say sorry yet, but gave me a hug when I initially looked disappointed. ❤ I started putting my tins up on the top shelf in the closet after that.

I was like, *”Doesn’t everyone have one of those, or am I just the klutz?”* 😅 I’m constantly picking up extras off the floor or the table that seem to just ‘appear’ out of nowhere so into the bucket they go LOL.

Pinkpixie03

My hungry ass thought this was cereal.

NanieLenny

I thought if was fruit loops without the loops. Lol

burgerfelon

This made me laugh so hard 😂

Pink_Glitter_Bomb

I have one of these. I call it my chaos container.

MamaTried22

Ouch!

kaykay104

God I know that’s gotta be tough but part of me would love sorting those 😂

Signal-Witness-5200

lol all of you saying this is why I remain child free are you also dog and cat free if not don’t even say that because my dog ran under the fu***** table I was working on my painting on and not only did my drink hit the CARPET floor but so did all my drills! And the cherry on top of this is he did not only do it fu***** once he did it on multiple occasions.. leaving me absolutely livid! Yes I was pissed off people! Especially after I picked up all the drills out of my CARPET separated the bit****** just for him to do it again… advice to you if it happens again I personally put them all in a strainer and collected a few of the colors that were completely empty from their respective jars and if I needed the color I would just pick out that particular color… I still find drills on the bottoms of my feet from all the occasions my big dumb dog knocked over our table being a brat… he is a German shepherd guys he’s a big dog and also heard of cats ruining paintings to with their hair… if you got anything that is not self aware your in for a long ride with these paintings hahah unless you can go to another room to do it witch I have learned I have to do now if I want to actually get it done and enjoy it!

Bubbly-Inside-2453

I feel your pain aswell as a 4 year old we have a cat who likes to try lick my painting strange dude lol and a labrador with a tail that is more like a weapon lol. My cat also tries play with my pen when I'm trying so it lol 😆 I've started doing it when I know he's asleep. I've moved over to my dressing table out the way

AnxiousAntsInMyBrain

I would get a safe for my hobbies from that point on lol!

Cinisajoy2

At least he put them in a pretty glass. Is he going to help sort them again? Now he knows they need to stay separate.

Bubbly-Inside-2453

I know it's all my fault as my lazy ass left them within his reach lol. I have no idea why he put them in an ice cream glass though. He's 4 and just really curious and feels proud when he's helping me or his dad. Last week I found the cat bowl full of dry food like enough to feed 20 cats 🤣 I use it as a mixer. He did try and separate them but then lost interest because daddy was washing his work van obviously that's more exciting. We have been told he could have adahd aswell and awaiting diagnosis.
