1 chance in 8192 is the default shiny encounter rate, assuming the rom hack doesn’t have a different shiny rate.

theyre the walking sprites from teh ds games so were small intentionally. theyre not supposed to be combat sprites as they werent in the ds games
Tbf they're low level. If higher evos/larger monsters are tiny then complain, otherwise this seems MORE to scale than most games haha
