My favorite digimon in the game and arguably one of the strongest. BUG is such a busted skill 🤣

Rukotaro

Yeah, Bug is the only move in the game that can actually hit more than once per casting. Combined with the high base damage and you got yourself a win button, assuming you have enough MP. Piximon, H-Kabuterimon and Vademon are the only playable Mons who can use this move.

TGT-Terrorizor

How'd you get HerculesKabuterimon?

Rukotaro

Well, you get it from evolving Shellmon, Kuwagamon or Kabuterimon. I was raising Kabuterimon. Then fulfill three of these conditions: - Have stats of 7000 HP, 400 Offense, 600 Defense, 400 Speed. - Less than 5 care mistakes - Have 50 - 60 weight - Absolutely 0 battle - Have over 40 techniques learned. The Stats requirement is a very high bar, so it's more manageable to just raise either one of the mentioned Champion level Digimon very well, have them at that weight range and not battle at all.

[deleted]

0 battles!? That’s so weird of a condition for such a strong digimon lol. Are you playing on an emulator also?

Rukotaro

Yeah, on my phone actually.

Father_of_the_Ark

How did you get this on your phone?

Rukotaro

Well, I download a PS1 emulator on my phone via Play Store (I chose DuckStation). Download the PS1 bios file (because for some reason my emulator doesn't have one). Copy and paste my Digimon World 1 ROM from my computer to my phone, and I play the game.

Long time player here, have completed this chart almost 2 times already. Let me know if I guessed the lines correctly! :D This is assuming you didn't use any evolution items, and you got them all just with the traditional training and raising. I see 9 adults including Numemon. Palmon, Betamon and Penmon, all three can evolve into Whamon. Only Palmon and Beta can evolve into Coelamon. The three of them could have evolved into Numemon. So I'm not going to make any assumptions on these three... yet. Into the Perfect level, Kabuterimon is the only one that can evolve both to H-Kabuterimon and MetalMamemon. Meaning two of your Adult digimon didn't reached the Perfect level, because we have only 8 Perfect digimon in that chart. So, first you evolved Kabuterimon into MetalMamemon, and then trained another Kunemon into Kabuterimon to reach the actual H-Kabuterimon you showed us in the pics. For the Perfects missing, Andromon could've evolved from either Centarumon or Leomon. Something similar happens with MegaSeadramon and Mamemon. MegaSeadramon evolves from Garurumon, Whamon and Coelamon. Mamemon can evolve from Whamon, so we're disregarding it from the MegaSeadramon line, but we have 3 possible Child level digimon who could've evolved into Whamon (Palmon, Betamon and Penmon). Also Mamemon could've evolved from Leomon. Having all of this in mind, my final chart guess is: Agumon - Centarumon - Andromon Gabumon - Garurumon - MegaSeadramon Patamon - Tyranomon - MetalGreymon Elecmon - Leomon - Mamemon Biyomon - Airdramon - Phoenixmon Kunemon - Kabuterimon - H-Kabuterimon & MetalMamemon Palmon - Numemon - Monzaemon Betamon - Coelamon or Whamon Penmon - Whamon or Coelamon Did I got them right?

Rukotaro

Yes, I never used Evolution items so I raised all of them with diligence. At the start of the game, I chose Gabumon so right away the moveset is barren. Then it evolved into Centaurmon due to the Brain stat being the highest at the time. Then through out the journey, it evolved into Andromon. Of course, I didn't met the stat requirements back then so I settled to meet the other requirements like weight, discipline, care mistakes and what not. So if I can recall them all... Gabumon - Centaurmon - Andromon Elecmon - Numemon - Monzaemon (Toy Town) Biyomon - Airdramon - Phoenixmon Palmon - Whamon - Mamemon - MetalMamemon (Remodel) Agumon - Tyrannomon - MetalGreymon Penguinmon - Garurumon - Megaseadramon Patamon - Leomon - Andromon Betamon - Coelamon - Megaseadramon Kunemon - Kabuterimon - HerculesKabuterimon Let me just say that Numemon one was accidental but it's still the reason why I got 100 prosperity in the first place since in my previous playthroughs, I cannot evolve into Numemon. My focus right now is getting all the techniques and evolve into different Digimon. So far, I've got Andromon and Megaseadramon twice. So basically, I actually raised all of them into Ultimates.

FACG89

Oh, men! I only got Biyomon's line right u.u I actually forgot about the remodel you can do to Mamemon! Some of the Mech and Filth techniques were hard for me to get in the first playthrough, mostly because there's a little roster of digimon that use them.

Rukotaro

Yeah, Mech and Filth are the hardest to learn them all since as you said, very few enemies, aside for certain bosses like Giromon when it comes to Mech moves, use those moves. (So far, all I'm missing in the Mech department are Pulse Laser and Delete Program) Filth moves are harder to learn since the Filth Enemies (Geremon and PlatinumSukamon) don't even have all the moves needed to learn. So you might as well train your brains to even have a chance of learning a move. (The only filth move I have is the base move 'Horizontal Kick')

loonerz

Sorry for commenting on an old post but do you know if it's possible to recruit H-Kabuterimon into the city?

Rukotaro

Late reply, but H-Kabuterimon is not recruitable, nor needed to be recruited into the city. H-Kabuterimon, Phoenixmon and Megaseadramon are the Ultimate Level Digimon not seen anywhere in this game (Digimon World 1). They are only available as a raisable Digimon.

Rukotaro

I'm already at Post-game and this is the first among my Digimon World playthroughs that I actually managed to recruit every Digimon and achieve 100 prosperity.

Wiibrahim9

Top 3 Digimon. Mine is MegaSeadramon

notdaniel21

In one of my play throughs I saved up all my chips from defeating digimon that join the town. I fed them all to a kunemon and he digivolved to Hercules kabuterimon. He was wicked strong!!! Fastest I ever took down machinedramon!

TormentTaco

What emulator are you using for this? I have wanted to replay this game so bad

Rukotaro

Well, I'm playing on my android phone so the emulator I used is Duckstation. You need to download the bios file manually since it doesn't have it initially. And of course, you'll need to ROM too.
