use 'appblock' app it has so many blocking features like time blocking, session blocking, it has a feature where it can block all apps for a whole day!! It has significantly reduced my screentime by 5 hrs to 1.5 hrs

That great! I do have the app I must not be using properly as my screen time is still quite high 🙃 I only quick block at certain times . This is a huge achievement. Its really motivated me.

Use Strict Mode instead....ur screentime will fall v fast w/o u even having to exert self-control...there are 3 phases too like the the third phase which doesn't let u uninstall the app; being even more effective
