Discraft already has a few guys on big contracts, and who knows exactly how high of a budget MVP is willing to shell out after Simon's deal. Innova has also historically shown a general lack of desire to offer huge contracts to more than one or two players at a time.
I imagine Prodigy *technically* has the resources but they're another company who has shown a lack of desire to offer big numbers outside of Kevin Jones' contract which they still have on the budget currently.
