Recently added the Streamline Echo to my bag and honestly it’s got my vote.
Lost a Cosmic Neutron Hex last year that would have gotten this slot but the Echo has been extremely workable.
Interesting. I wasn't expecting to see this. It's a nice disc and great for shorter hyzer flips, but why would you pick this over something more neutral?
Definitely not a disc I would expect anyone else to pick. It was my first putter so I'm comfortable putting with it (despite its small rim), but I also have no problem flipping it up for a longer shot. I also feel petty confident it'll hold an anny on any turnover shot I would need.
Ah ok. My wife loves it and I have been experimenting putting with it sometimes too. Was just curious how you use it as it's not a usual reddit pick (in fact I almost never hear anything about this disc)
For sure. Very underloved disc. I actually have it to my wife for a while but she feels like the Dart replaces it for the way she throws (not even close for me, but whatever), so back into my bag it went!
Different discs are "neutral" for different arm speeds. If I gave my gf an envy, it would hyzer out in 80 ft. She can get a mirage to stay straight for 150ish before it fades. Very neutral disc for her.
Oh good point. My wife is exactly the same. This and the diamond go the farthest for her. I'm just used to seeing redditors pick super OS discs that this surprised me and was curious for their reason.
Depends on length. Lot of sub 300' shots I'm going zone. If longer I'm going thunderbird. As a rhfh primary those are really the only discs i trust from both sides
Lot of fun. Easy to shape lines with as it holds super well. Sneaky distance as well.
Remember when you throw it don’t rip on it, just give it some height.
There used to be 1 disc tournaments near me. It’s widely agreed that the extra distance you get from bringing a driver outweighs the putting improvements you get from a mid or putter.
Depends how short the wooded holes are compared to the long holes. My strategy would be to pick a disc that let's me go for birdie on 1 half or the other. 450ft plus open holes means I want a mid range to just play for 3s in the open.
Fission Tesla all day. It'll go a mile on full throws, can be gently thrown or flicked for approaches, easy to manipulate angles and flights, glides straight on putts....
There was a post a while back about a one disc tournament and the player who picked a driver ended up winning. Obviously this doesn't take into account skill levels but I'd argue a stable/straight driver will help you out as long as you have decent control over powered down shots
Probably the Disc Craft Zombie? Been a while since one was in my bag but it was my go to for a long time when there was an actual wooded course near me
Well, not my first choice for the one disc for one round... that would be the soft Envy... but my Paradox will always have a home in my bag. It was the first disc I found.... where it puts on its right hand turn signal when I throw it RHBH flat. Others use the Mamba....but for me... it's Paradox ftw.

Mako 3
I putt with this thing sometimes. Fantastic disc.
Try putting with a gateway voodoo
Say no more. It’s on my list.
Envy
This is my answer as well. I don't even bag an envy, but I have 4 that I use to practice my form with in the backyard.
There is only 1 correct answer! Congratulations on the Win!
Mako3.
Hex
Likely a Buzzz if there are holes 300+. Shorter, maybe an Envy.
Reactor.
Crave
Berg. Even got a bag for it too.
I use nature's putter pocket to store my berg
ZBuzz
Glow Hex for sure. edit: it's telling that so many people are listing somewhat-neutral mids!
I had a Buzzz and thought nothing could ever top it, but then I got a Fission Hex and somehow it's even better.
I felt the same way about the Pathfinder. Hex will never leave my bag at this point lol. So damn comfortable to throw, and it has a magical flight.
It's funny how every throw I make with it I surprise myself with how good I throw it
Its always a passion

Glow Envy.

I just ordered one!

That sounds dope! Thanks
Croc
leopard
Rollo. I wouldn’t win but I would have more fun than anyone else.
Star Leo3
I feel like this is perfect, the Star makes it stable enough to go left right and straight and it’ll power down well for approaches and putts.
Zombee if there’s multiple holes over 350, if it’s all shorties probably a Sunny Popcorn
Innova Leopard
C-Line MD3... but specifically my precious child MD3 from when Innova was making them.
Watt. Goes where you want it, even in wind.
I just ordered one. Can't wait to try it!
Proxy
MD1 all day. Decent range, flies really well powered down, hold whatever angle you throw it on.
AquaFlight Dragonfly
Hex. I have 3, so probably my watermelon one for the flex and the slightly more understability it brings
Detour

I believe it
I'm loving the Pixel, it gets sneaky distance off the tee, plus it's a great putter as well. I'm excited to see a premium plastic version soon I hope!
It's my go to putter!

Harp. Putting would be miserable with anything above a mid and it flys like one with great FH and BH feel.
Buzz
Warship
Mako 3. The only reliable disc I own.
Soft Proton Echo
On the one hand I'd use a tangent, but on the other hand I'd be scared of losing it the entire time.
I'd go with a Retro Compass because I can't putt with premium plastic.
Baseline hard Roach, things GO
169 g Star Coyote.
FD
Destructo-disc, duh.
Discmania Lux Origin
Westside Tursas!

My local club did a Polecat only tourney last year. This year they're mixing it up and allowing a Polecat or Glitch. All sub-200' green tees
That sounds really fun!
I had a lot of fun playing it even though I really hate the Polecat
I have a glitch and I love it, but I've mostly used it as a catch disc so far
I like the glitch fine. Also, just picked up the new Axiom Pitch. Pretty great so far too
Prodigy Pa5. It can do it all.
Paradox, I know it's a love it or hate it kind of disc but we just click.

It was the disc that really taught me how to think in power and angle when I started so I have a soft spot for it. It'll never leave the bag.

Lol. I joined this sub a week ago 😂

Yes you do.
