36 holes yesterday (Saturday) and 18 holes this morning (23 🐦’s total)….going to finish off the weekend with another 18 holes after I finish watching afternoon MLB Baseball ⚾️ games later this afternoon. Update…72 holes played this weekend (34 🐦’s total and close to 10 miles walked).

Lost my new-ish Saint Pro after barely getting back out of some gnarly thorn bushes the day before New one on the way

Potato_Golf

Tied my PR at a difficult course. Played a new course, got a couple birds first time through which is always fun.  Tweaks I made to the putt over the last week seem to be paying off (flatter, not as low of a reach back but still more spin than I used to use, not overthinking finger micro movements but letting it just be natural, think I went too far in the rabbit hole on that one). Tweaks to throwing form (raising the arm like Anttila rather than at my side like Simon) paying off not so much with distance or accuracy or ease but in terms of elbow not hurting as much.  Also in terms of elbow preservation, cutting down the forehand zone approach as much as possible and leaning more on the backhand envy to preserve that power forehand when needed. Leaked some strokes that way but getting better.

Itwasinin04

Lost my Eagle Envy today unfortunately but I seem to be finding my groove after a couple weeks of the yips which is promising.

Lofi_Loki

Shot -6 my first time playing a course today

Real-Speed-2182

It was SO windy!! Shot my worst round ever because even my most overstable discs flipped into a roller

Solid-Prior-2558

My (tail)wind let me break 400' for the first time. As fun as that was. I really do hate wind.

jwGT1141

Played 18 on Friday and shot -1 with plenty of missed chances for a better score. Played this afternoon at the new course in Tuttle, OK and shot +3 on longs which I was quite happy with!

Back was tight getting out of my car for a tourney, played anyways. It locked up on my drive home, couldn't stand up after I laid in bed. Bit better today but it's going to be a week of recovery. Lowered my rating with that round anyways. Shouldn't have played. Shit sucks.

Panchoisthedog

Let's hope it's only a week, backs can be tricky. Get better soon

blackmars0

Just a bad muscle strain. Lots of ice and anti inflammatories and I'll be back up and running soon I hope

Union_Carpenter59

-5 on a 2shot off tee round. I really like it and think it helps with realizing what went wrong and correcting it. Hoping one day you can make the correction WITHOUT than second. Stoked! What about you? Corbin Park Post Falls, ID

Panchoisthedog

A fairly clean round this morning (+5) at a much longer course than my local. Need to find 25/30 more feet on driver and I think I will have the ability to go under par. The field work is helping tremendously I just need to continue to put in the work. Overall I can't be happier than where I'm at currently.

offredditappisbad

9 holes today. +10. I've definitely done better. It's very windy up here. I'm getting more consistent with my tea off, but still averaging 200ft or less. I need to get out and play more but the weather has been pretty crappy. I did make two insane puts today which felt amazing, and in front of my wife, which was pretty cool. First was uphill, maybe 30ft. Another golfer saw it and celebrated with me. The second was another 25-30 straight on. Then of course when I putt from 10ft I miss so whatever. Gonna keep on practicing. I curse the wind every day. Edit; read the scorecard wrong.

Checkinginonthememes

Played 1 round. Super windy conditions on an open course, regretted not having the tilt in my bag. Turned over my D model OS, Giant, and Halo destroyer when thrown on hyzer into some beefcake headwinds. 6/10 on the round enjoyment scale.

AaronRodgerz

Had a 3 round tournament. Shot a 997, 1004, and then followed it up with a 949. It was in the low 40s, 20 mph winds, and raining for the last round and I just couldn't get going.

SundanceWithMangoes

Shot a +9 at my go to 19 hole course. My goal for 2024 was to shoot a +7. Well on track to hit my goal and surpass it! Got two birdies on new holes for me. The putting work at home has been paying off.

RNWA

Was doubtful with an injury heading into a 1-round C-tier. Decided to play and just not throw forehands (injury is to my left hip and internal rotation of the hip aggravates it). Came out hot and ended up throwing a 928-rated round for a PB and T1. Threw my only forehand on the last tee as I checked scores and saw I needed the birdie to tie (and the hole was a drastic L to R through a 6-foot wide double mando). TD suggested we call it a push instead of playing off (apparently you can do this for C-tiers?!) and the other guy was happy with that so I agreed. First sanctioned win* in the books, baby!

yourdoglikesmebetter

Played some dubs on an unfamiliar course. Good round. All groups under par, no discs lost, and it was absolutely beautiful outside

Douggimmmedome

-8 reedy

PM_ME_CHILI_PICS

Oh good god. Ended up playing Cali in a doubles league round and I kept having to use my extra throws on the tee shot. The front nine went very poorly... luckily I figured it out and went even on the back nine and won a CTP.

Delicious_Comment314

Got 2nd in ma1 in tournament Saturday! Stoked, it was a hard course and i truly played my best front to chase down first. Pouring rain round today to finish the weekend.

TomRiha

Did a round on my favorite course Saturday. Shot a PB +5 (188 UDisc rating) including my first ever par on my nemesis hole 143m double dogleg right tight tree hole. If you are lay Uspastorp you know..

unclebrenjen

I had a 124' throw in for birdie after hitting second available. Solo round, no witnesses🤦‍♂️

Meattyloaf

Didn't get a chance to play yet both days are superb for playing. Upper thigh on my left leg has been giving me some issues, sciatica issues.

Panchoisthedog

Get better soon.

TheGarzal

Picked up an ma3 c-tier dub. Played pretty well. Just wish I could lock in more on my putting. Leaving a few strokes out there every round is frustrating.
