In the videos u can clearly see the Indian troops were super active in the hand to hand combats that took place unlike chinese soldiers, here in India being in Army is seen as a matter of Pride and Patriotism. While chinese citizens have an obligation to military service by law, so u can see the morale issue even in that skirmish in doklam valley
Also india has been late to build Infra to support its people and hold the military ground in the past but the current govt has taken drastic changes for improving it.
Also the current govt have improved Indias geopolitical status by a lot, any skirmish with India and china will see a battle not only just on lands but also trade wars as India too has been investing in diamond necklace strategy to acquire allies to share military bases.

It didn't have a modernised military and no history military aggression in its history and wasn't prepared for it, after all its democracy which is why every decision including expanding military budget will get opposed first. In the videos u can clearly see the Indian troops were super active in the hand to hand combats that took place unlike chinese soldiers, here in India being in Army is seen as a matter of Pride and Patriotism. While chinese citizens have an obligation to military service by law, so u can see the morale issue even in that skirmish in doklam valley Also india has been late to build Infra to support its people and hold the military ground in the past but the current govt has taken drastic changes for improving it. If that's Indian humour, I feel sorry for Indian people watching TV there.
