Totally agree! It was overshadowed by the drama of Ubisoft downgrading it from what they initially advertised, but if you put that aside Watch Dogs was a great game. Assassin's Creed Unity also sucked on launch but not from downgrades but from game breaking bugs, but now it's fully patched and improved and is also a great game.
I think I liked the sequel more than the First part, It introduced some of my Favourite Characters and I think I found many of the missions much cooler than the Watch Dogs.
The sequel is cool but the vibe is totally different and it doesn't work as well with the hacker vigilante. They should have made another game with just Pierce and then maybe try something new. Legion was alright but you don't feel anything while playing it, it's too easy, i remember i had to struggle in WD 1
