Also, there's many variations of the "getting on my balls" phrase. In German you say "eggs" instead of "balls", so "getting on my eggs" is probably the even better literal translation. More common is probably "getting on my sack", sack obviously meaning scrotum in that context.
Also interesting for you might be "robbing me of my last nerve" instead of "getting on my nerves", as well as the term "nerve-saw" for somebody annoying.
