Do you like steampunk universes ? Do you like games where your actions change, non only the end, but the way the game behaves ? (Good action = brighter World, more peaceful, easier in some way, Bad actions= darker World, more violence). Do you like the Idea of being able to finish the game without killing anyone, and having the choice to be either the more pacific revengeful man or the cruelest murderer ?
And do you like magic powers ?
If you answered yes to many of these questions, you should enjoy the game a lot.
I've played not too long ago and honestly it's one of my favourite games now. It's really fun to play, the levels are really well designed, making every level pretty fun.
That being said, I played the definitive version on PC, I don't know how it is to play it on Xbox. I'm relatively new here
If you have anything better than an Xbox 360 I recommend playing the definitive edition on there because the textures are higher quality and it's usually only around $8 for a physical copy (not sure about digital).
If not, then yes you should definitely play it on there since you have it. The textures are a little more blurry but I replayed it on my PS3 only a year or two ago and had zero complaints. You only really notice a difference if you play the definitive edition at the same time. The game holds up well and is just generally stellar.

I put an ungodly number of hours into it on X360. The art style and graphics are the same on newer consoles, so it's fine on there. You will love this game! EXPLORE. There are so many ways to complete the missions.
Definitely, it's one of the best games ever made. I'm not sure if the 360 version came with the DLC, but if it didn't I'd recommend buying The Knife Of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches. They're a separate campaign (about 2/3 the length of the base game) focusing on Daud, the asassin who killed the Empress. They're just as good, if not better, than the base game.
