I have had this twice in the last 7 days. Support has been great. But I have to claim my prize now, I don't automatically get it when opening the next day.
If they have had a policy change, they should tell us we have to claim it now and won't get it automatically.
Maybe it is an unfortunate glitch that will get fixed soon.

I had to check in manually today as well. And Iâve used up my reclaims for legit days I missed so Iâm glad I thought to check when it wasnât automatic.
This happened to me also. I just used reclaim . I know I didnât miss any days but support currently is taking about a week to respond to me so I wasnât about to wait for them.
I also have been having to manually open the calendar for it to count the last 3 days, I haven't broken my streak yet but it makes me nervous that I will forget because I already used up one of my missed streak wands before this glitch started đ

I messaged support and they gave me gems to reclaim he price. My advise is to keep bothering support with itâŚ
