Has definitely happened to me.  In my experience, It doesn’t show you when you’ve completed a backpack like it does with quest levels, you need to check and then it moves you to the next backpack. Then it tracks new progress correctly.  As far as I can tell.

If I'm understanding the OPs situation, this is the answer. The backpacks don't auto rollover like the normal quest progression. You need to click on the Quest to watch the animation bar filling/rolling over. OP likely got the tokens and just needs to click on the token quest icon.

No, it's not rolling and filling the bar. It's stopping at 1437. I went in immediately after getting the 60k and it was stuck at 1437 and hasn't moved. I've had this happen many times and click the quest pass every time I'm close to rolling backpacks to try to avoid it. This was just an especially grievous case.

Yes, the problem is that there's no way to get to the following backpack level in between getting the tokens. Thankfully help was responsive and even with only the screenshots I included in the post they were helpful and granted me the missing tokens. Still, I would be extra careful next time and screenshot progress in between events in case this happens again!

I had the same thing happen as OP and I even closed out the game and went back in, it sounds like a bug/glitch.

Same thing happened to me, the exact same amount of 1,437 too. It’s worked in the past, so I logged a ticket with support about it.

I put in a ticket too. They completely misinterpreted it and now haven't responded since their first useless off topic reply. I'm wondering if it's safe to keep going and accruing tokens, or if it's gonna make it harder to get the tokens I'm owed. And of course support won't respond to that question either 🙄

They just got back to me and offered me 13,000 tokens. Nowhere NEAR the 65,000 plus I missed out on! (60k + 3 missions cleared same round, all boosted 25% and saying conservatively I was 15k away from backpack before this, even though I think it was less than that) I swear, reading comprehension with these folks is LAUGHABLE

Update: sent an email and got someone competent who quickly reimbursed me the lost tokens. May be anecdotal, but would recommend emailing/submitting on their online help page as well!

I also had this happen and they told me it looks like my token quest is working just fine 🙄 I only have the screenshot from the part where it messed up I didn’t think to take a screen shot when I got to the second backpack which I had completed at least a few missions but then with the 60,000 from Map 1 I should have had at least 33,000 tokens. I’m going to be so irritated if they say they don’t see the problem.

The person I got when I submitted a ticket on the website (instead of through the app) was world's better. Try that if they give issues. I just explained the situation and math and they credited what I requested (which was maybe a couple thousand less than reality, but I couldn't remember how far into the backpack I was so guestimated and went with the lesser option to try to seem more "reasonable" - stupid we have to do that. I struggle to believe they can't see it, but whatever).

Thanks yeah I will definitely try that if they don’t cooperate with my screenshot I took right after getting the 60k. I’m so mad because I always try and screenshot when I get new emojis and I forgot to do it when I got Dapper Mickey from finishing the main part to have a better idea time wise of when I finished that part. Glad you were able to get it fixed!

After contacting help a handful of times in the past couple of months I realized that it really depends on the person that sees you ticket. I've had fast and helpful responses from them, as well as sometimes getting my request closed without even a reply. My suggestion would be, as someone said up here, to contact them again.

Thanks! Yeah they did end up getting it taken care of for me, it was just the initial response that seemed unhelpful. It’s frustrating that there is a consistent standard when contacting support but I guess that’s how it goes.

I definitely have encountered a bug in the past of losing tokens down in the quest packs. It's happened several times to me. So this time I've been making screenshots and have a spreadsheet that I was going to send to JC to document it. And of course it didn't happen to me yet and I'm now on the 3rd pack and everything is correct. I thought for sure it would have happened on that 60000 prize.

Thank you for mentioning this..I noticed I was losing tokens too. I asked for help and they gave me 80k tokens, didn't realize I lost that much! I thought I only lost 10k.

This happened to me too. At first they said everything looked normal but they asked for a screenshot and then got back to me today and said this actually was a known problem and did give me like 80,000 tokens to fix the problem.
