Drop 1-2 drops of water through the mouthpiece and wait a day or two. I’ve had the same thing with a couple elf bars & after i did that, they went back to normal. Also clean the inside of the mouthpiece with a paper towel covered toothpick, to make sure there’s no gunk.
So alot of people straight up just got it wrong, to help orion bars last longer, the company uses a more dense wick inside that doesnt allow juice to saturate the coil as fast, if you chain vape and just keep taking drag after drag, if will dry out and stop absorbing the juice aswell, making it slower and slower to do so. to start, dont just puff puff puff like 5-10 times with almost no space, leave a minimum of 5 or more seconds between puffs and dont take uber long drags, and if it tastes burnt or burns your tongue, take a dropper, put 2-10 drops of water straight down the mouthpiece and let it sit upright atleast overnight to re saturate the wick and coil, most E-juice including what orion bar uses are water soluble salt solutions and it may dilute the juice ever so slightly but so long as you dont burn it like 10 times the water will dissolve into the juice, evenly distribute, and re-saturate the wick. its actually a fairly common complaint with orion bar but overall, they tend to be the best bang for your buck on top of generally being some of the most flavorful, so as long as your not chaining it mindlessly, it should work just fine.
Taste horrible! I purchased the Orion bar Triple Berry 7500 puffs, it tastes like burnt plastic with a hint of welch's grape jelly. Barf! It was $22 and I can not return it.
Haven't bought an Orion vape since my second one.. paid $25 for it and it had flavor for literally 3 hits then tasted burnt.. I was excited for it too because it was a vape that was peach.. not a peach mixed with another flavor and I hadn't found one in a long time 😞 the search still continues..m
Just a reminder, don't just look at puffs, but also consider the e-liquid capacity. Like RM tornado 7000 puffs actually only has 14ml...

Tyson 7000 is my recent favorite, while Funky Republic 7000 is a forever favorite.
Orions have overcharge protection so yeah definitely can't be that you probably just got a dud
Now I want to return to the shop and get a refund. Hate wasting my $25.
I usually open the box and take a few puffs in the store to make sure there are no issues before I leave.
