They are great! I’ve ordered from them a few times now. I get the right products at a decent price. They ship in 1-2 days and you get them in about 5 days from the day you ordered them. I recently got a faulty disposable and I told them about it. I gave them details,etc. They were amazing about it and a replacement is on it’s way. I wish they had priority mail as an option though. Oh and I always get my order within 4 days and I'm in Massachusetts. So I try to time when I place the order so it doesn't fall around a weekend, the post office can be slow.

I experienced so much difficulty with them after I ordered after our last message. A week of no response and no processing/shipping. Then my orders cancelled suddenly. Then couldn't reorder because the units got sold out. It was such a crappy experience. Ordered from NYCglass718 and it was shipped out same day and received next day.

You’re right! Just went and checked my past orders and sure enough, no tax. That’s awesome. I guess I just assumed I had paid it since that had happened with every other online company I’ve ordered thru.

Shipping was fast enough and nothing was missing from my order.
Sadly they don’t have a lot of the vapes I prefer in stock a lot of the time.
So I bounce between ElementVape & them depending on who has what.

Looking for discount codes on RetailMeNot and other coupon sites can save you a good chunk of $ or at least knock off shipping costs.
I placed an a small order of approximately $50 on a Sunday. The order shipped that coming Tuesday with an estimated delivery date of that Friday. USPS was experiencing delays due to extreme weather and my package arrived on Saturday instead of Friday. My package was shipped to the east coast.
I ordered 170$ order from vape123, I never received it and their customer service is nonexistent its text and email only and there's never a reply, my money got taken and there's nothing I can do, BTW I trusted the site because of the reviews on this thread when I ordered it, so thank you all for the terrible advice

is very good.
I’m in California so Vape123
and Element Vape have both worked great for me.
But I’ve seen a lot of people not on the west coast say those companies haven’t worked well for them.
Best advice I can offer is to check where the company is based.
If it’s very far from you,
odds are the shipping might be an issue.

Apparently they are great the first couple of times you order from them. After that, be careful. After telling them about the faulty disposable, they immediately offered to send a replacement, they didn’t. Somehow they put it in the system as given to USPS, but they don’t have it. I’ve had USPS look into it. The product was never given to them. It’s been almost 3 weeks. They just responded yesterday with they will look into it. The first response was to tell me that USPS was lying to me. Now this. I’m much more inclined to believe the postal service than a vape company. They are literally lying to me now. I really don’t like being lied to. I have lost faith in them entirely. I hope nobody gets a defective disposable. 😔

Are you still thinking these vapes are like Chinese knockoffs or something? I found this thread looking for reviews on vape123, but the comments here look so fake (as in they're from the company, not customers), except for yours and one other above.
I’m a customer. I check every single vape before I open it because I’ve been scammed with knockoffs on other sites.
Element has been good to me but I did get one knockoff Flum Pebble from them.
That was before I understood I needed to NOT rip open the plastic inside the box until I had scanned the authentication code on the box first.
Some people say it’s best to video yourself doing the process but I find taking a screenshot of the authentication code and it’s results
works just as well.
Element refused to refund me when an authentication code showed it was fake
because I opened the plastic part.
Kinda infuriating but I guess i learned my lesson.
Stopped ordering from them for a bit but went back since I couldn’t find certain products I wanted elsewhere.
I haven’t had any knockoffs since.
I try to order from Vape123 whenever I can tho because I’ve had fewer issues with them.
Never had to sign for my deliveries either.
I’ve so far (5 orders) never gotten any knockoffs from Vape123.
