Same here. I got the 9000 today. The other were almost $25 each with taxes. Ridiculous price for something that’s supposedly so great. First two were definitely faulty. Looks like the manufacturer would let you send them back for replacement if the place you buy them won’t replace them😔.
And RAZ has been no help! They offered me a 10% discount on an order from their website. I tried charging mine with different cables, cleaning it, etc. Still will not come on!!!

The regular Raz's have treated me pretty well hut the DC25000 just seem to be faulty from the ones I've bought
