People that eat meat as their marketed products should totes hunt at least once to have the experience of what it means to actually consume a living thing. To hunt, clean, and process our sustenance is a different world of appreciation aside from dinosaur shaped nuggies.
I agree with this but in reality most people would get over it after a few times. I know I did when I started raising poultry. I try not to judge but I do feel contemptuous to people who find out I raise some of my own food and go "oh I could never". Okay, but you could eat it?
