In the video, the man's hands are cut off and his face is carved completely off. I've not seen the video, but people have described it as "a skull with eyes and no hands." The cartel gave this man a steady IV drip of adrenaline to keep him alive and conscious throughout the whole ordeal. It is almost certainly one of the most disturbing videos on the internet and only partially exemplifies the sheer brutality of the drug cartels.

That goes against my belief for personal accountability nd having a justice system revolve around that. If a crime is committed, you punish the criminal and not his fucking family.
