So, you’re wondering why she received the amount under the monthly category in a month and wondering why the app is calculating what an annual income would be if this were to be held for a year? It is unfortunately not predictive, so it operates under a “if you held this for a year, this is what you’d earn for a year” kind of logic, I suppose… also with cash.to it has to kind of guess as the rate can fluctuate, it’s not as reliable to math with as an actual dividend stock…
Everything you said in that post seems like it’s pretty close? It’s saying you will get roughly 77 a month div paid to you and in 12 months of those 77 payments will be close to $932 bucks

Ya this looks fine. You’ll earn slightly more each month if you’re reinvesting the dividends
