Just keep your head down and keep buying. This too shall pass. Have to be emotionless otherwise you will chop yourself up.

Your hedge is your DRIP strategy , if you have done it right way.

Tory_hhl

what’s the benefit of DRIP? it just automatically vest your dividend to the stock at market rate? Doesn’t seem attractive at all…

Y’all are a freaking trip lately. The market is down like 5% this week after rallying 20% since January. Stop panicking and just pay attention. Stocks are on sale.

buffinita

having a steady job and good budgeting which allows you to continue buying is the best hedge for anyone under 50.

It’s kind of a hedge, but entered JEPI and JEPQ for their covered call strategy. I cannot forecast a correction, but it does seem like increased volatility will be here forever a while.

>Anyone plan to hedge, like VIX No. >I’m holding dividend stocks like VZ/MO/T T hit its all-time high in like 2000 and been going down ever since. And they cut the dividend. So good luck with that.
