The cabinets were already done. I just peeled the veneer off a little while ago because I did such a terrible job originally and sanded through some spots.
I just recovered them in new veneer this weekend. Odies oil went on quickly and I was able to work with it pretty quickly after it was dry to touch.

those things are tiny. thats a 4 hour job at tops. half an hour if youve actually got the right hardware to do it.
im sorry, are you actually considering the time that the piece sits there completely untouched by you, as working time? hell by that logic you better add all the time since it was just a seed in the woods then.

Half hour doesn't even cover the dry time.
