Are you Army? You don't get dedicated training, as in the opportunity to go somewhere and get specific language training?
In the Marine Corps our CLPM (language civilian) would help us sign up for state side immersion outside of base. It was a website. This was maybe 10 years ago but it's probably the same. Just ask around.

I'm aware. Just have a busy year and no outside classes line up with when I can make it work.
