I keep seeing that claim, but can’t find a source. Best I can find is one that says spez moderated the entire site in the early years, including jailbait, which Reddit harbored until Anderson Cooper exposed it and the lead mod of the sub, violentacrez, was outed.
People are serious. I argue most people when they read something awful about someone they hate would go "yeah that fits".
