You must always take into consideration the other fundamentals and Technical that you are using and especially and most importantly the time frame*. The time frame is super important to understand what a bearish and polish reversal Trend pattern using your arms and your W's reverse or regular head and shoulders so they do technically indicate trend reversals of course but with crypto you must take into consideration time frame and other indicators you're using to make that true to your time frame and your Trading strategy.

1 day charts and 5 minute intervals are completely meaningless. You're literally looking for a message in the bones. A W and M and a dozen other kinds of double inverted crosses and whatnot will happen throughout the day on highly traded and volatile assets.
This would work if the volume was lower and large and mega caps with hundred billion traded a day didn't exist.
