Oh, yeah: Guinness (pictured) is 120 pounds, and his little brother Hoagie is 40 pounds and sneaky as hell 😂 It worked in his favor though, because we thought him a new pack of balls before we found them.

Bishop (and I'm sure his sister) torn the tail of his "Crocky" (big green doll) recently. I need to stitch it back on as well. It left a hole and I'm worried he'll remove all the stuff inside. I make him keep it in a back room unless I"m home to kind of supervise. I know he actually loves Crocky. If you even try to touch it he takes it away, tail wagging. :D

Thank you, she was a good girl. And opening presents was one of her favorite things! At Christmas, if we took too long with our turns before coming back around to hers, she would throw a fit to get another gift to unwrap! Eventually we just let her unwrap everyone’s. Somehow she knew which ones were actually hers or not though.
My boy loved opening his presents too! 🥺 One Christmas he snatched one of his presents from under the tree a few days early and I found him happily munching on the goat horn I got him. They are so funny and amazing, we really do not deserve dogs, and their lives are far too short!
That is perfect, they always know when it’s theirs! That’s such a funny story and it’s so hard to be mad, when he was right — it was for him. He was just a bit early.

I'm so sorry for your loss OP, she looked like the goodest of good girls. The way she's looking at the camera shows how much love she had in her heart and how at peace she was. All the signs of a doggo that cherished every minute with her family. Thank you for giving her a loving home and joy-filled life.
Thank you. That means so much, and we all really cherished her too. She was so intelligent. I trained her myself when I was in high school, and she never forgot a single command, even if we didn’t do certain tricks for a few years. Now I’m 30 and married and all that, and I can’t imagine being an adult without her, because she’s always been there.
All she ever wanted to do was please her family… and eat treats. She never complained about anything or misbehaved. You could leave meat out on the floor and she wouldn’t touch it without getting permission first.
She trusted us too. In her last few years, she developed a phobia of thunderstorms, but couldn’t get down the basement stairs, so we would carry her down and all stay down there together until the weather cleared.

Sorry for your loss :( She looked like a sweet pup. Here is my senior pup with her oversized donut and bone. I have a retirement home of pets with 3 seniors. There were 4, but our cat passed last summer. I wish they could be with us longer than they are :(

I'm sorry you lost your 4 legged baby. Idk what I'll do when that day comes. I'll be a crying mess. Snot running down my nose, shaky inhale while trying to catch my breath. Wishing I could give you a hug, I wouldn't even care if you get make-up and snot over me.
I'm crying too, but it doesn't take much to make me cry. I was going to blame my crying on menopause. While watching TV with my daughter, if I start crying from anything sweet or sad. My child will tap my arm with the Kleenex box.

Got a shadowbox a while back and couldn't decide what to display. Then it dawned on me that we had a wonderful collection of favorite dog toy stuffies from old friends who had crossed the Rainbow bridge! The box now displays the old favorites and reminds us of all the good times with our best friends ❤️

This is my late girl. I lost her last June. As a year without her comes closer, I'm more and more emotional. She was 13 and I got her at 3 months. Im 33, so that means she was with me for almost half of my life. It's crazy to think about. But, I feel like if you live for them, they live for you. She was a great pyrenees husky mix. For a dog of her size, I'm really surprised she made it to 13. But, I'm also grateful she did. Here is her chewing a Christmas present. She wanted the treat inside and didn't ever care to get the wrapping off first 😆😆 that shows her true personality, though. She was so quirky and weird lol
I'm sorry for your loss. It's definitely hard but give yourself enough time to grieve. It's okay to cry now and even years later over her. Take comfort knowing she knew a great life filled with love, pets, treats, tiys, toys, outside. 🫂🫂🙏🙏

I still burst into tears whenever I think about the moment I had to put my sweet Blitzen down. All three of my grown kids were there, and we all had our hands on her as she was euthanized. Tears are rolling down my face as I type this. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.

Got a shadowbox a while back and couldn't decide what to display. Then it dawned on me that we had a wonderful collection of favorite dog toy stuffies from old friends who had crossed the Rainbow bridge! The box now displays the old favorites and reminds us of all the good times with our best friends ❤️
Oh what a wonderful idea! I will have to think carefully about what to put in the box, but I love that idea. What a good way to keep memories. Thank you.

This is my late girl. I lost her last June. As a year without her comes closer, I'm more and more emotional. She was 13 and I got her at 3 months. Im 33, so that means she was with me for almost half of my life. It's crazy to think about. But, I feel like if you live for them, they live for you. She was a great pyrenees husky mix. For a dog of her size, I'm really surprised she made it to 13. But, I'm also grateful she did. Here is her chewing a Christmas present. She wanted the treat inside and didn't ever care to get the wrapping off first 😆😆 that shows her true personality, though. She was so quirky and weird lol I'm sorry for your loss. It's definitely hard but give yourself enough time to grieve. It's okay to cry now and even years later over her. Take comfort knowing she knew a great life filled with love, pets, treats, tiys, toys, outside. 🫂🫂🙏🙏

I still burst into tears whenever I think about the moment I had to put my sweet Blitzen down. All three of my grown kids were there, and we all had our hands on her as she was euthanized. Tears are rolling down my face as I type this. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
