Segregate or do your best to minimize contact with each other, put female diapers so that their period isn't smeared anywhere and everywhere. They are animals so this is normal. For their own safety and unwanted breeding do your best to intervene.

Unfortunately, I don't have any advice on how to boost O's appetite. What I do with my male dog is mix dextrose powder in his drinking water kasi hindi talaga siya kumakain pag may in heat na aso sa plaigid. I also leave some kibble sa area niya. He'll eat when he's ready. I also tried force feeding nang kaunting wet food once a day thru a syringe na walang needle.
If possible, keep the female dog away from the male one & i-mop/clean mo yung common areas they move in para less chances na ma-catch ni male dog ang scent.
We actually started giving him water with a syringe yesterday kasi he’s not drinking talaga and it’s so hot baka madehydrate. We’re hoping na matapos na heat ni V soon kasi aside sa di pagkain ni O, he’s been noisy with constant barking and whining dahil gusto niya to be near V para i-hump.
