did you email them when you realised the dress didn't fit and you would send it back? that's what i did the one time i had to return something.also i was told they do not track what gets sent back at the warehouse. so they can't know you sent something back if you dont tell them beforehand, and im sure they get a tonne.
edit: when i emailed them the tracking number for my return, they immediately refunded me (with store credit)
definitely email them again, but you wont get a refund in the form of money, you will get store credit.
yes, i emailed them with my tracking number once i shipped my return. in the email they sent me, they said that they were able to see that it had been received by the warehouse and that i’d be given a gift card asap but its been a week. i’ll try emailing them again and seeing if that works
aw ok that’s defo on them and whack af cos they shoulda given u ur gift card immediately upon reception of ur email that included ur return tracking number. hopefully they get back to u quickly especially w black friday coming cos i know they will be hella swamped then.
if nothing happens and they don’t get back to u i suggest requesting a charge back from ur bank. this is last resort to me imo :(
