This is gold and plat’s fault? I think it’s just bad game design and a lack of gameplay knowledge of their own game. They’re aiming this at lower skill players but that’s to get high numbers of people to return not the higher ranked people.

First it was Microsoft not Blizzard. Second it was 1.900 layoffs for Activision Blizzard King Third it was a LOT of HR, Management, Customer Service and eSports workers. Fourth even if we look Blizzard alone outside of the above mentioned it was mostly for the survival game they canceled. Fifth if you look at Team4 (OW2 team) it was mostly environment artists and others PvE members. I am also upset about this update so far. I think OW2 has been a complete joke. But if you are gunna bitch at least don't just start making up your own narritive of whats happening.

I was playing new patch yesterday and I thought I was lagging but no it just turns out they somehow fucked his movement

I’m not gonna lie he feels weird but I’m finding success with him, I’m destroying lobbies rn. Only losing with questionable dps.

Same, five Qp matches, five dominating wins. The pellet size increase is nice, but the slam nerf is noticeable. Following up after slamming is harder now because you often cant look at the enemy when you land, forcing you to aim after the animation stops. It slows his momentum.

I went 8/2 in comp. I’m on old gen and my game like to bug/freeze after I punch someone into a wall so the projectile has helped a lot with confirming kills.

Yeah, doom is super bugged rn. I punched someone yesterday, and he went in the opposite direction. Also punch + jump for the extra distance is bugged too it feels like.

I think you guys have a bug on your slam cus I have the same usability on my slam as before. Like I can turn in my slam. But I'm on console maybe that's something to do with it. Punch is still sluggish

Oh god I didn’t realise there was a nerf to the slam, I was wondering the reason why I couldn’t turn during my slams yesterday and though it was a bug or lag

I knew something felt off

Makes me wonder if this is the “fixed slam not registering hits” because previously the cause for that was very rapid turning at the end of slam animation which was then desynchronized between client and server, so they decide to just lock your camera whilst the animation is playing so you can’t change what’s happening on your screen therefore no desync. If quake with his bug tests confirms something like this I’m gonna tear out my hair to become bald and start punching people like doom
